Antech Réserve Extra Brut Blanquette de Limoux AOC 2022 embodies elegance, a balanced taste, and natural fruitiness.
This subtle and elegant sparkling wine boasts a fresh aroma – revealing nuances of spring wildflowers and ripe orchard fruits, complemented by notes of chamomile and fresh hay.
The wine is produced using the traditional method (méthode traditionnelle) from carefully selected high-quality grapes. The first fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, while the second fermentation – in the bottle – lasted 18 months.
Serve at 7-8 °C with white meat, fish, seafood or as an aperitif.
