Red dry
Crafted from exceptionally old Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) vines, 60–90 years of age, grown in the renowned vineyards of La Horra and La Aguilera. The wine was matured for 21 months in new French oak barrels, allowing it to develop remarkable depth and balance.
The bouquet reveals ripe black fruits intertwined with fine notes of cocoa, spices, and a delicate mineral touch. On the palate, it is rich and concentrated, displaying firm yet polished tannins and a lingering, expressive finish. A wine of power and refinement that shows its best character after some time in the bottle.
Serve at 16 °C alongside roasted lamb, grilled beef, or game dishes.

The Aalto project was founded in February 1999, in the prestigious winemaking region of Ribera del Duero (Spain).
The foundational aim of Mariano Garcia and Javier Zaccagnini in AALTO was to make a wine that shows a different personality, of high quality and being a faithful reflection of distinct locations, blending them at the end of the aging process to obtain balance and complexity.
