The wine is fermented and aged for 10 months in French oak barrels (20% new), which give the wine structure and aromatic depth, but do not overpower the natural fruitiness.
The wine opens with excellent aromatic balance: soft oak nuances are combined with notes of ripe apple, citrus fruits and white flowers. The taste palette is characterized by mineral freshness, delicate butteriness and a long, fruity aftertaste.
Serve at a temperature of 12 - 14 °C with grilled salmon, pasta, richer cheesy pizzas, white forest mushrooms fried in butter.
