Wine is made from Chardonnay (50%) and Savagnin (50%). Shiny golden hue, roasted pistachios, dried apricots and caramel aromas. The taste of nuts, vanilla and yellow plums is revived by the mild green citric acid.
Serve at a temperature of 12 - 14 ° C with crustaceans, poultry dishes or 'Mini Mont d'Or' cheese.
