Raudonasis sausas
The Pinot Noir from Gusbourne is an elegant expression of this delicate grape. The 2022 vintage is bursting with fruit: morello cherries, berries and soft spice. There’s complexity too, with earthy minerality, smoky notes and a long finish.
The grapes are 100% destemmed, fermented on skins for 10 days before transferring to oak barriques and puncheons. The wine was aged for 10 months in French Oak, 20% new, 80% old.
Serve at 16-18 °C with oily fish, wild mushroom paste, duck.
