Kurni wine is made from a small vineyard of just 15 hectares, growing on the southern, sandy side of the slope.Spontaneous fermentation of extremely low grape yields, thanks to natural yeast cultures, in stainless steel tanks and large oak tanks with no temperature control at all. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is aged for 20 months in French oak barrels, most of which are brand new.The deep, hard-to-see cherry red wine has a rich, complex aroma, rich in ripe dark berries, dark chocolate and roasted spices. In the mouth, the wine is full, juicy and at the same time rich in body.

Serving recommendations

Serve at 18-20 °C with beef, pasta, veal, poultry.
