Winery Gerhard Markowitsch is located in the Carnuntum region. This region is characterized by an arid climate with relatively little rainfall. The total area of vineyards is 39 hectares, they grow traditional grape varieties for this region: Zweigelt, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Gruner Veltliner, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Each stage of production takes place under the strict guidance of leading specialists. Today Gerhard Markowitsch wines are popular in many European countries, and their high quality is appreciated by many wine critics.
