Baltasis saldus
Delicate, soft wine with fresh raspberry and wild berry aromas. Weekly maceration, wine unfiltered. Rich enough.
Serve at 8-10 °C with fruit salad, white chocolate desserts.
This is the project of Jenia Vasiljeva of Lithuanian origin and Thibaud Vermillaed. Jenia fell in love with the terroirs of the Languedoc during a trip in 2014. She left her job as a pharmacist to become a winemaker.
