This is characterful wine from selected single vineyards that embody the style of De Martino. La Blanca is an elegant Semillon, with fruity notes, both in the nose and the palate, with a perfect acidity. From the renowned Maipo Valley. Hand harvested and whole bunch pressed in a vertical press under oxidative conditions. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in used French 228l oak barrels. Then, the wine is aged for12 months with its lees in 2 500l foudres. This wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation and is only lightly filtered before bottling.
Serve at 10-12 °C with fried fish and poultry.
