The wine is made from two vineyards. Schenkenbichl provides firmness, fullness, and energy, while the Ladder vineyards contribute aromatic subtlety and freshness.
The wine is aged for 18 months in 500-litre oak barrels.
Aromas of deciduous forest leaves, blue plums, roses, and violets. On the palate, the wine continuously unfolds, as if blossoming. Mineral, gentle, yet firmly structured, with deep acidity and a long finish.

Jurtschitsch is located at the historic Sonnhof Estate in northern Austria, in the renowned Kamptal wine region.
