Delivery and Pickup
Do you ship abroad?
Currently, we deliver only within Lithuania. However, individual international orders can be arranged separately – please contact our team.
How long does delivery take in Lithuania?
Orders are usually prepared and handed over to the courier on the same business day. Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days. During the Christmas season, delivery times may extend by an additional 1–2 days.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Yes, you can collect your online order from our physical store in Vilnius, Stumbrų St. 15.
Once your order is ready, we will notify you by email. Preparation usually takes up to 1 hour.
Do you deliver food products?
Yes, we deliver food products, but only those that do not require constant refrigeration during transport. Our assortment also includes products such as cheese, yogurt, and other refrigerated items – currently, these are not delivered to ensure quality and safety. Such products can be purchased in our physical stores in Vilnius and Klaipėda.
Is free delivery available?
Yes, we offer free delivery on orders over €50 throughout Lithuania, excluding the Curonian Spit.
Do you deliver to parcel lockers?
No, we do not deliver to parcel lockers. Orders are delivered directly by couriers to ensure the best quality and preservation of food and beverages. This way, we guarantee that your products arrive safely and maintain their freshness.

Do you offer wine tastings or subscriptions?
Yes! We offer wine subscriptions, which allow you to discover new wines every month. We also organize tastings and events – details are available in the “Events” section.
Can I order wine as a gift?
Yes, we offer gift sets and can also package wine in various gift boxes or bags.
Are all your wines authentic?
Yes, we work only with official importers and winemakers, ensuring the authenticity of every bottle.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, we offer both physical and electronic gift vouchers.
Important: gift vouchers are valid only for non-alcoholic products (food, gourmet gifts, accessories).
Returns and Exchanges
Can wine or food products be returned?
According to the law, food products and alcoholic beverages cannot be returned unless they are defective. In such cases, we will replace the item or refund your money.
What should I do if I receive a damaged parcel?
When receiving your parcel, we always recommend checking it in the courier’s presence. If the package is damaged (wet, torn, deformed, or otherwise defective), do not accept the delivery and ask the courier to fill out a damage report. This official document will allow us to quickly resolve the issue and replace your products or refund your payment.
