Natural wine represents a return to the roots of winemaking, where nature is the primary creator rather than a laboratory. These wines are crafted from organically or biodynamically grown grapes, without the use of synthetic additives, commercial yeasts, or technological filters. It is a "living" beverage characterized by its unpredictability, vibrant energy, and raw authenticity. Our assortment covers the full spectrum of natural wine: from crisp, bubbly Pet-Nats to deep, textural orange wines and unfiltered reds that pulsate with life.

Unlike mass-produced wines, natural wine is born with minimal human intervention. This means the grapes undergo fermentation using only the wild yeasts naturally present on their skins. During production, no fining agents, colorants, or acidity regulators are used. In most cases, no sulfites are added (or only a symbolic amount at bottling), making this the purest expression of fermented grape juice.
Natural wine can surprise the palate with its unique aromas. Beyond fruit, you may encounter notes of wild herbs, sourdough, or even "funky" earthy tones that often dissipate after the wine has a chance to breathe in the glass. It is a beverage that is constantly evolving and alive.
Thanks to their bright acidity and distinct texture, natural wines are incredibly versatile. Orange wines pair exceptionally well with spicy Asian cuisine or aged cheeses, while light Pet-Nats are perfect for brunch or light appetizers. Explore our snacks section for the ideal pairing.
Cloudiness is a sign of quality and natural processing. Winemakers choose not to filter the wine to maintain its vitality and texture. Before serving, you can gently tilt the bottle to distribute the sediment or let it settle at the bottom—it is entirely a matter of personal taste.
Since these wines contain little to no preservatives (sulfites), they are more sensitive to heat and light. We recommend storing them in a cool, dark place and consuming an opened bottle sooner than you would a conventional wine to enjoy it at its peak freshness.
