You can also pick up your order free of charge at our “Vyno klubas” stores in Vilnius (Stumbrų g. 15) and Klaipėda (Liepų g. 20, by prior arrangement).
If you choose cash on delivery (COD), payment can be made by bank card only or via contactless payment by phone. Service fee: €3.
The maximum order value when paying the courier upon delivery is €500.
Wine is sensitive to temperature fluctuations, so storing it in parcel lockers or other unheated locations during the cold season may negatively affect the product’s condition.
If the customer, on their own initiative and by contacting the courier service directly, requests delivery to a parcel locker, all related risk and responsibility lies with the customer. In such cases, the seller is not responsible for any potential product damage caused by unsuitable storage or temperature conditions after the parcel has been handed over to the courier.
During the holiday season, due to high courier volumes, delivery may take longer than stated.
