Sparkling dry
Natural lightly sparkling rosé wine, made through natural fermentation. Fermentation takes place only once. The wine is unfiltered. It contains a small amount of natural sulfites (from grape skins and seeds).
A pink-coloured wine with yeast sediment, showing aromas of raspberry, redcurrant and wild strawberry. On the palate, a refreshing acidity is balanced by a berry-driven finish.
Serve at 8–10 °C with fish dishes, chicken dishes, or delicious pork lard with homemade bread (as served at the winemaker's farm).
