100% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) primarily from very old vines – 40 to 80 years old – from nine different villages in the province of Burgos and Valladolid. Deep purple red color. Notes of red fruits together with subtle aromas of spices coming from the wood emerge. Aged for 18 months in French and American oak barrels. AALTO 2019 is a very fresh and elegant wine. On the palate its broadness, structure and persistence are remarkable.

Serving recommendations

Serve at 16-18 °C with cured cheeses, duck, Red meat, sheep´s cheese, Spanish jamon.
