Putojantis sausas
The wine was aged on the lees for 25 months and reflects classical Champagne style sparkling wine. Fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks with a small percentage fermented in old oak barrels for complexity.
Orchard fruit notes of ripe apple and pear on the palate, with hints of white peach, subtle toasted brioche and sweet spice. An elegant, round wine with a lively freshness and lingering mineral finish.
Serve at 6-8 °C with grilled scallops, smoked eel, chips and truffles.
