White dry
This Chardonnay is made from grapes grown in the Edna Valley – a small wine region near the Pacific Ocean. The valley is known for its cool, foggy summers and clay–loam soils. The Varner brothers have crafted a wine whose aromas reveal pineapple, green apple, and citrus notes. The palate is rich, with mandarin and a subtle herbal spice. The finish is surprisingly long and deep.
Serve at 10–12 °C with chicken in cream sauce, grilled halibut, seafood, or fresh salads.
