Vines grow on the quaternary graves soil with the average age of 52 years. Fermentations are very slow, and the wines spend a minimum of 6 months on the total lees. The wines are bottled between 12 and 24 months after the harvest.Intense yellow color, indicating a certain maturity. The nose has lovely aromas of ripe Riesling, honey, white fruits and citrus. Velvety texture, but the finish shows surprising ripe acidity. It is a classic style wine from the Turckheim region.Residual sugar: 7.8 g / lTotal acidity: 3.6 g / lOptimum tasting: 2022 - 2028.
Serve at 8-10 °C with sushi, fish rice or as aperitif.
