The 2018 Brut Vintage from Champagne Pol Roger is made from the traditional house vintage blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay from 20 Grands and Premiers crus vineyards in the Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Blancs. Produced only in limited quantities the Brut Vintage 2018 has been aged in deep cellars before being disgorged and released onto the market.
Serve at 8-10 °C with shellfish, lobster, crab, or with fried liver in a cream and elk sauce.
The Champagne House, which has been around for more than 150 years, is independent and run by the same Roger family, which has been working for generations to produce a Champagne for which every bottle is an ambassador of the Champagne House. To achieve this, the members of the Roger family select the trusted growers and the grapes they buy from them and are actively involved in the production process.
