Vines grow on the Muschelkalk limestone (Triassic) soil with the average age of 29 years. Fermentations are very slow, and the wines spend a minimum of 6 months on the total lees. The wines are bottled between 12 and 24 months after the harvest.Pale yellow color. The nose shows the strong influence of muschelkalk limestone: still partially closed almost slightly reductive and smoky. Aeration in the carafe, which is strongly recommended, the nose opens wonderfully and shows more aromas of white fruits and citrus fruits, again a signature often found in this vineyard. The palate has superb aromas, is lively, tight, with a savory / juicy texture. The finish shows a salivating touch on ripe acidity. This wine is alive and shows a lot of energy and perfect harmony.Residual sugar: 3.3 g / lTotal acidity: 3.7 g / lOptimum tasting: 2022 – 2030.
