Markowitsch M1 vynas gaminamas tik išskirtinio derliaus metais. 2020 - ieji puikaus derliaus metai, nuimtas visiškai sveikas derlius, buvo išvengta bet kokios ligos. Fermentacija vykdyta 30-32°C temperatūroje mediniuose kubiluose, maceracija 24-30 dienų. Vynas 24 mėn. brandintas prancūziško ąžuolo statinėse ir 500l ąžuolinėse talpose. Vynas žavi subtilumu ir šviežumu. Slyvų, gervuogių, tabako, apelsinų žievelių, aviečių, tamsių vyšnių, cinamono, pipirų, kedro aromatų.
Draugiški taninai suteikia vynui vientisos struktūros, poskonis švelniai sūrokas, todėl vynas gana ryškus.
