Protos Clarete Cigales DO 2024 is a fresh, aromatic, juicy wine with a strong flavor intensity.
The grapes are harvested at night to maintain freshness. After 4 hours of cold maceration, fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 14°C. The wine is aged with yeast for 2 months to obtain a richer flavor.
Aroma: strong aroma of red berries (strawberries, raspberries) with hints of flowers and citrus fruits.
Taste: fresh, with well-balanced acidity and a long-lasting fruity aftertaste.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 8–9°C with fatty fish, octopus, tapas, and milder cheeses.
