Rubinette apples are the result of crossing the Cox Orange and Golden Delicious varieties. They are grown on farms in the Altes Land region near Hamburg, as well as in the Rhineland.
This juice offers a rich aroma of fully ripe red apples, complemented by subtle notes of nut butter and herbs such as marjoram and plantain. On the palate, it has a creamy texture, perfectly balanced between natural sweetness and refreshing acidity.

To preserve old varieties, the family not only collaborates with organic farmers growing traditional variety fruit trees but also plants between 500 and 800 local variety seedlings each year.
