Vynas daromas iš atskiro "Les Clos" Grand Cru vynuogyno, esančio pietų/pietvakarių Serein upės pakrančiuose. Jame augančių vynuogynų amžius virš 40 metų. Vynmedžiai auga kalkingo molio dirvožemyje su kimeridžio-mergelio sluoksniu, kuris dažnai yra gana arti paviršiaus. Dirvožemį sudaro milijardai mažų fosilizuotų austrių lukštų.
Vyno fermentacija ir brandinimas vyksta prancūziško ąžuolo statinėse 15 mėn. Melolaktinis virsmas pilnai įvykdytas.
Vynas geltonos spalvos su žalsvai pilkšvais atspalviais. Prinokusių baltų vaisių, citrusų, vanilės prieskonių aromato su lengvais ąžuolo niuansais. Burnoje sodrus, elegantiškas, kompleksiškas, apvalus. Energingą rūgštį praturtina nokūs džiovintų obuolių, žaliosios citrinos ir medaus skoniai. Vynas subalansuotas, ilgo poskonio.

François strives to blend traditional and modern winemaking methods, utilizing stainless steel fermentation tanks, yet a portion of his wines carries a subtle "touch" of oak, while almost all Grand Cru wines are fermented in oak barrels.
