Papildomai, dar 7 dienas, vyksta fermentuotų vynuogių sulčių maceracijos procesas po kurio prasideda malolaktinis virsmas. Tuomet vynas perkeliamas į didelės talpos slovėniško ir naudoto prancūziško ąžuolo statines, 2 metus trunkančiam brandinimui.
Tamsios rubino spalvos vynas kvepia džiovintomis figomis, aviečių uogiene, džiovintais pomidorais, balzamio acto padažu, granatais, vanile. Puikiai integruota gaivi rūgštis ir elegantiški taninai. Sultingų vyšnių, džiovintų slyvų, cinamono bei anyžiaus poskonių.
