White wine sweet

Amber in color, with golden reflections, the result of the long period of maturation in French barrels. Complex aromas, reminiscent of honey, orange peel, dried apricot and quince. The intensity of the flavor surprises, it envelops the entire mouth, it is ample and concentrated, with a soft and velvety texture. Great balance between sweetness and acidity, maintaining a very long bouquet in the mouth.
Serve at 6-8 °C with caramelized fruit desserts, Creme Brule or blue cheese (Roquefort or Stilton).
