Pino Noir

'Pinot Noir' is one of the most elegant and complex red grape varieties, originating in the Burgundy region of France. The Pinot Noir profile

The wines are characterised by their fine acidity and soft tannins, with an elegant and balanced structure. 

Food pairing

Pinot Noir is a versatile grape variety that pairs well with duck, turkey, chicken, game and milder cheeses. With its mild and balanced flavour, Pinot Noir is also an excellent complement to mushroom or light pasta dishes.
