The Sankt Laurent part from a single vineyard aged two years in concrete eggs. The Blaufränkisch part from 2018 stayed 45 days whole bunch on the skin and than aged with the Sankt Laurent for another 9 months in concrete eggs.
Serve at 14-16 °C with grilled red meat sausages, veal stews with vegetables, pasta with meat and mushroom sauce.
