Johanniter 100%. The intensity of the scent is strong but never overwhelming. Discernible hints of citrus fruits and herbaceous characteristics of fresh cut hay and white flowers. The wine is dry, characterized by its high acidity that guarantees dynamism and great drinkability, making the wine lean and vibrant at the same time. The aromas discerned by the nose are once again found on the palate. The wine is savory and the finish is decidedly mineral.
Serve at 12-14 °C with richer fish or white meat dishes, savory chicken pie with mushrooms

Made from Johanniter grapes grown on head-trained vines and harvested in mid-October. The wine ferments in wood and matures on the lees for 12 months in barriques. It has a straw color with green reflections and a clear and intense aroma of white peach and medlar with a touch of pine and boxwood. The elegant mouthfeel is vertical and dynamic with a sapid note that upholds the flavor and ushers in a polished and very persistent finish. Bottles produced: around 500 plus some magnums.
