Orange wine dry
Orange wine. A new expression of the Muscat à Petits Grains grape: delicacy, elegance, lightness in the mouth. Long maceration only in stainless metal tanks, thus increasing fruitiness and freshness. Mixed aromas of sweet fruits, tropical fruits - lemons, ginger, tangerines - and flowers. Spicy, fragrant, spicy. Dried fruit, pineapple flavor, sparse, green tea-like tannins, medium acidity. Rosemary with thyme and spicy bitterness are felt at the finish.
Serve at 10-12 °C with Asian cuisine and aromatic cheeses.
This is the project of Jenia Vasiljeva of Lithuanian origin and Thibaud Vermillaed. Jenia fell in love with the terroirs of the Languedoc during a trip in 2014. She left her job as a pharmacist to become a winemaker.
