After some time in contact with the yeast, the wine is mixed and bottled. This wine is like Sicily itself in a glass. The aroma charmingly repeats the aromas of the island's typical vegetation - rape, thyme, delicate notes of chamomile, which are lightened by the fresher nuances of mango and pomelo grapefruit. In the mouth we feel juicy acidity, minerality and a nutty, flowery aftertaste.
