A strong full-bodied and complex wine which will certainly be appreciated by the wine lover. Both grape varieties are evident in the taste especially the Jean. Harvest by hand, de-stemmed and fermented for 3 to 4 weeks in 1000L wine tubs with manual press each day. When fermentation is complete it is pressed by using a traditional manual wine press. Aged in stainless steel tanks. No oak or additives were used, with very low sulphite levels.
Serve at 16-18 °C with tender meat dishes, fried meaty and fatty fish, smoked fish, caramelized duck.
