Juicy and fresh, a wonderful ambassador of Languedoc wines. The vines grow on a hillside full of stones and iron clay. This is reflected in the wine with a beautiful aromatic expression with savory notes, myrtle and subtle accents of cocoa and truffle.

Serve at 16-18 °C with duck, lamb sausages, pork stews, grilled chicken, mature cheeses.

About brand

This is the project of Jenia Vasiljeva of Lithuanian origin and Thibaud Vermillaed. Jenia fell in love with the terroirs of the Languedoc during a trip in 2014. She left her job as a pharmacist to become a winemaker.
