Rožinis sausas
Well-ripened gewurztraminer grapes are used for the making of this wine. The wine is kept with the peels of the fruit for ten days. Unfiltered, not clarified, without added sulphites.
Serve at 10-12 °C with smoked mussels, pasta with mushrooms and vegetables, vegetable lasagna, lean fish, ricotta stuffed zucchini flowers, fresh fried porcini mushrooms, soft cheeses.
The story of our Domaine Laurent Bannwarth is that of a family of enthusiasts since the 1950s. Inspired by the peasant and wine-growing fiber carried by the previous generation, our parents, Laurent and Suzanne, strengthened their roots in the territory by developing a wine estate in the village for the first time.
