Red wine dry
Firm roots and a glimple into the blue: Areale grows between land and sea. In the cradle of the DOC Primitivo di Manduria an authentic and faithful expression of the varietal symbol of Apulian viticulture.
Ruby red colour enriched with violet hues; generous bouquet, which recalls ripe cherry, black cherry and plum. This wine has a velvety texture and a great persistence. The wine was aged for 3 months in French oak barrels.
Serve at 14-16°C with grilled sausages, pizzas, cured ham, mature cheeses.
In a middle earth, between the sea of Taranto and the Itria Valley’s hills, is located San Giorgio, a small village part of the Primitivo di Manduria DOC region, where we have handed down traditions, experience and passion for wine for four generations.
Giustini is led by Giuseppe Papadopoli together with his sons Salvatore and Federico. Giuseppe founded the company in 2005 and applies all his knowledge to grow grapes of the highest quality in his vineyards; Salvatore is a young and passionate winemaker with the desire to experiment and extract the best juice from his father’s work. Federico, on the other hand, is the cellar master: his eyes and arms guaranteeing all daily operations.
