The fermentation and maceration of the grape juice took place in stainless steel tanks at a slightly lower temperature than usual. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation of the wine, the skin of the grapes was removed and the wine was left to mature for another couple of months in the same containers.

Serving recommendations

Serve at 6-8 °C with sausages in appetizer, sauteed shrimp with pineapple, octopus salad, appetizers marinated artichokes with parmesan flakes, iced melon and mint leaves.
