Often called “the pride of the estate,” this liqueur is crafted exclusively from lemons grown on the farm. Only the fragrant peels are used, together with a grape-based distillate produced from the estate’s own vineyards. The lemon peels are left to infuse in the fruit spirit for several months in stainless-steel tanks, slowly releasing their essential oils and aromas. The natural character of the drink is evident in the thin oily layer forming at the top of the bottle — a sign of the high concentration of oils naturally present in the lemon skins.
Its colour is a cloudy olive green, unfiltered and vibrant, with a crisp aroma and flavour reminiscent of freshly picked lemons.
Serve at 10–12 °C as a digestif.
