The wine's aromas are expressive and spicy, with notes of red cherry liqueur, poached plum, and an earthy influence. On the palate, it's rich, juicy, with a captivating texture and medium weight.
Domaine Ponsot Gevrey-Chambertin "Cuvée de l’Abeille" is made from Pinot Noir vines planted in 2014 at the "Les Epointures" site. These vines grow in clay-limestone and alluvial soils, tended according to sustainable farming principles.
The wine is aged for 14 months in French oak barrels. Named "Cuvée de l’Abeille" (French for "bee"), it reflects the estate's commitment to elegance and terroir expression. This youthful yet promising wine boasts an excellent balance of fruitiness and acidity, with the potential to evolve over the next 5–10 years.
Serve at 15 - 16 °C with beef cutlets, braised lamb in brown sauce, poultry.

Although the winery does not loudly declare its methods and is not certified, ecological and biodynamic viticulture principles are applied on the estate, emphasizing respect for nature and the expression of terroir.
