Rose dry
Domaine Saint Andrieu Coteaux Varois en Provence Rose 2025 is a fresh and aromatic rosé wine from Provence, featuring a subtle profile of citrus fruits, strawberries, and white flowers.
In the glass, a gentle yet expressive combination of aromas unfolds: citrus fruits dominate, especially grapefruits, intertwined with warming hints of strawberry compote and fresh white flowers. On the palate, the wine demonstrates excellent balance, light acidity, and a pleasant softness, transitioning into a long-lasting, refreshing grapefruit finish.
The wine is made from gently pressed juices, which are kept on the skins for a short time to give the drink additional character and texture. The fermentation process takes place at a controlled low temperature—this decision allows for the maximum preservation of the natural fruitiness of the berries and the purity of the aromas.
This wine is best served at a temperature of 10–12 °C with grilled fish, seafood, or a refreshing vegetable salad.
In the heart of the Provencal hinterland, in the heights of the small village of Correns, is the Domaine Saint Andrieu.Culminating at an altitude of 380 meters, it is a setting of 600 hectares of forest and scrubland. This remarkable site has allowed the cultivation of the vine thanks to its three natural water sources that feed the Domaine, including that of Saint Andrieu which gave it its name.
