Ingredients: salted BUTTER (29%) (CREAM (MILK), salt), WHEAT FLOUR, caster sugar, OATS (17%), stem ginger (3.4%), ground ginger (1.8%), raising agents – sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate; mixed spices (0.2%) (coriander, cassia cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, fennel, nutmeg).
