Sparkling dry
This is a sparkling wine distinguished by its vibrancy and elegance. Solange is the name of the Bourgeois family grandmother. The wine is made using the traditional method of sparkling wine production. The wine was aged on the lees for 10 months: part in stainless steel tanks, the rest in old oak barrels. During the second fermentation, the wine was kept on the lees for 18 months. In the wine, a mineral core of white fruit interweaves with citrus notes. The light pressing does not impart colour to the wine but preserves all the savoury, earthy, toasted flavours you would expect from this excellent red grape variety.
Serve at 6–8 °C with oysters, seafood or as an aperitif.
"Solange is the name of the Bourgeois family’s Grand mother…..there’s a mineral core to this wine with white fleshed fruits and a fine leesy core with a citrus edge. Lime and citrus, a touch of elderflower and white spice, delicious, fresh, dry and lengthy. The mousse is elegant, the acidity bold, a wine that will match oysters perfectly. Medium+ length.
