This Spanish pomace brandy is an interpretation of the Spanish landscape. It is made from grape pomace and aged in French oak casks for 3 years to achieve a rounded and velvety flavour.
An intense aroma dominated by notes of white fruits, spices and nuts. On the palate – velvety, smooth, subtly spicy. Balanced, smooth, with a long finish.
Residual sugar: 4 g/l.
It is recommended to serve at 16–18 °C with ice, as a digestif, in cocktails or to enjoy on its own.
