Semi-sweet, red gold, pale copper color. A wine with the aroma of sunny meadows, ripe rye fields, wheat germ, roasted peanuts and seaside sand. In the mouth, light, soft, with a short aftertaste, a wine for summer family holidays.
Serve at 8 – 10 °C as an aperitif, with soft or aged cheeses, desserts with gooseberries.
Named after the town of Memel, this traditional wine is made according to an old recipe handed down from grandparents. This recipe is said to have been passed down from generation to generation and its origins go back to the time of the Crusaders.
