The Style and Quality of "Château Saint-Maur"

Only a handful of Provence estates can boast the Cru Classé title, and "Saint-Maur" is one of them. The vineyards stretch near the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, where the Mediterranean climate, sun, and specific schist soils create perfect conditions for Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah grapes. The wine is characterized by a very pale salmon color, intense aromas of peaches, citrus fruits, and white flowers, culminating in a long, mineral finish.

Food Pairing and Occasions

A premium rosé is highly versatile. While inseparable from warm summer evenings, this wine is perfect for enjoyment year-round. It pairs beautifully with fresh seafood, sushi, light salads, and Mediterranean cuisine. It is also a perfect accent for various spreads and olives from our wine snacks selection.
