This limited-edition lower-alcohol sparkling tea is dedicated to the traditions of cosy winter evenings. Its distinctive flavour is achieved using carefully selected teas and only organic ingredients. The tea leaves are steeped in hot and cold water for a long time to extract the perfect flavour.
VINTER tea is made using chai, white and black teas. The sparkling tea is enriched with the aromas of cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and raisins. These spicy qualities also come through on the palate, alongside notes of bergamot oil characteristic of Earl Grey tea. Spicy, elegant, rounded, balanced.
Sparkling tea is an excellent aperitif during the cold months and pairs with various spiced sweets, pastries, blue cheeses and spicy Asian dishes.
Ingredients: chai tea, white tea, black tea, herbal tea, white wine, cane sugar, lemon juice, natural flavourings, carbon dioxide, sulphites.
The idea behind our limited edition "Vinter" was to create a unique taste, that fits the cold months and the many festive and cozy traditions of winter. It starts with warm aromas of cinnamon, cardamom, clove and raisins as a result of the Chai tea.
These spicy characteristics are also found in the taste, where they are joined by discrete notes of bergamot oil from the Earl Grey tea. This results in a smooth, elegant and round experience, with an intense finish, balanced by hints of citrus.
Serve at 5-7 °C with sweets and desserts. It also pairs well with a cheese platter or spicy dishes from the Asian cuisine.
