White dry
The wine is the result of organic and biodynamic farming. The grapes for this wine are hand-picked from the separate Hammer vineyard. The wine is aged for 5 months on the lees, which the estate cultivates itself. Aromas of apple, fresh grass, and gooseberry with a hint of spice; fruity with refreshing acidity, soft on the palate.
Serve at 8–10 °C with fish or white meat dishes, and light cheeses.
