Brazilian Arabica Coffee “Sweet Sister” – the sweet character of Brazilian terroir.
This coffee comes from the Pocos de Caldas region in Brazil, where high-altitude conditions and volcanic soils help shape a sweet, rich, and clearly expressive Arabica profile. The ‘Yellow Bourbon’ variety is known for its smooth texture, nutty character, and elegant sweetness.
In the cup, notes of almonds, milky caramel, cocoa pudding, and peanut butter unfold, complemented by a subtle freshness of orange zest. This is a rich, smooth, and harmonious coffee, ideal for those who appreciate the sweet and nutty character of Brazilian Arabica.

Huracán – From the First Beans to Coffee Culture Ambassadors
Huracán is one of Lithuania’s pioneering coffee brands, nurturing coffee appreciation and promoting high-quality coffee culture since 1999. Every cup is a journey—from responsibly sourced beans to expertly crafted flavor.
From a Small Roastery to a Standard of Excellence
It all began with seven sacks of green Colombian "Excelso" beans and a modest roaster. It quickly became clear that a name alone wasn’t enough—origin, variety, and processing all mattered. This insight laid the foundation of the Huracán philosophy: never compromise on quality.
Leaders in Freshness and Flavor Education
In 2001, during a blind tasting at the "Baltgastro 2000" exhibition, Šviežia Kava (Huracán) outperformed the most popular coffee brands of the time. Soon after, the first retail space opened in Vilnius CUP, and the brand joined the Specialty Coffee Association of Europe (SCAE), helping to establish new coffee standards in Lithuania.
A Community Growing with Coffee
Since 2003, Šviežia Kava (Huracán) has been organizing the Lithuanian Barista Championship in accordance with international SCAE standards. In 2004, the event was visited by SCAE President and co-founder Trygve Klingenberg—a clear sign that Lithuania’s coffee scene had promising potential.
Huracán is more than coffee. It’s a commitment to quality, knowledge, and taste.
