A Spanish gin distilled from a grain-based spirit and juniper berries grown in the mountains near Vilafranca, the capital of the Penedès region. It is a London Dry–style gin.
The gin offers an intense aroma dominated by juniper, accompanied by bright citrus notes. On the palate it is rich and spicy, with subtle hints of Mediterranean juniper. The finish is long, pleasant, and refined, with a touch of black pepper.
Ideal for classic cocktails, or to enjoy neat or over ice.
Serve at 16–18 ºC.
