Oilalà Italian Sun-Dried Tomatoes in Extra Virgin Olive Oil
A classic delicacy from the Apulia region, capturing the full sunshine and flavor of summer. The tomatoes are harvested during the summer season and naturally sun-dried according to traditional Italian methods, preserving their exceptional sweetness, tenderness, and rich aroma. The product is made without any additives, preservatives, or artificial flavors.
These sun-dried tomatoes are marinated in premium-quality extra virgin olive oil, which enhances their natural taste and gives them a uniquely smooth texture. Don’t forget to use the remaining olive oil on salads or any of your favorite dishes!
Perfect as a snack straight from the jar, they also pair beautifully with aged or semi-aged cheeses (such as pecorino), in vegetable mixes, pasta or rice salads, and with seafood or tuna. Try them with caper buds on warm toasted bread – simply irresistible!
Ingredients: sun-dried tomatoes (63%), extra virgin olive oil (34%), chili pepper, parsley, mint, salt, wine vinegar, citric acid, ascorbic acid.

Storage: store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 10 days.
