“Amorosa di Settembre” is a single-vintage grappa distilled from the pomace of the Vespaiolo grape. In Veneto, this variety is best known for its role in the production of the traditional dessert wine Torcolato.
Following distillation in small batches, the grappa rests for one year in stainless steel vessels. During this period, the spirit naturally clarifies and develops a softer, more refined texture. Clear and bright in color, it offers aromas of floral notes, honey, ripe figs, and apples. On the palate, it is gentle, elegant, and smooth.
